Mini-symposium: The energy transition can’t happen without you! – 15 AprilMake a note of Wednesday afternoon, 15 April, in your diary. The Grotius Programme, for highly educated refugees wishing to continue their studies, is organising an inspiring mini-symposium at the Energy Barn on making homes more sustainable and sustainable behaviour. Over the past few weeks, Grotius students have been commissioned by Entrance to investigate which energy-saving measures work in homes and what role residents’ behaviour plays. They conducted desk research and interviewed residents from various types of housing. Their findings provide surprising insights and practical tools for anyone working on sustainability. During the mini-symposium, the students will also be raising money for Stichting Vluchteling and asking for donations of (new or good-quality second-hand) toys for Speelgoedbank Amalia. Why you won’t want to miss this: • Inspiring presentations with real-life stories • Valuable insights for anyone working on sustainability • Directly contribute to two worthy social causes • Meet residents, students, colleagues and other sustainability enthusiasts • A convivial wrap-up with snacks and drinks Come along to listen, learn, contribute and work together with the Grotius students towards a more sustainable society! The symposium takes place from 15:00 to 17:30 in the Energy Barn. Could you please register in advance for catering purposes?
