The world stands on the brink of a fundamental transition in energy and raw materials. Hydrogen, as a clean energy carrier, plays a key role in this shift. To apply this technology safely and efficiently, specialised knowledge is essential. We offer a hands-on practical course for professionals working with the production of hydrogen through alkaline electrolysis.
The transition to sustainable energy demands new skills and interdisciplinary collaboration. At Entrance, we have an on-site test facility equipped with an alkaline electrolyser. Participants gain hands-on experience with the equipment. The course not only provides technical knowledge but also encourages cross-pollination between operators, engineers, and team leaders from various companies. This fosters mutual understanding and lays a solid foundation for collaboration across the hydrogen value chain.
Day 1
Introduction to the alkaline electrolyser. Participants receive a full technical introduction:
Day 2
You will be preparing for operation
Day 3
This day will consist of practice: start-up, operation and shutdown of the electrolyser
Participants come from a variety of companies and roles, creating valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange. Through joint discussions and assignments, a shared understanding emerges of how to produce green hydrogen using alkaline electrolysis.
The first two days consist of classroom-based instruction with the entire group of up to 16 participants. The third course day is an on-site practical day with a small group of up to six people. This practical day is scheduled multiple times for different groups during the same week as the rest of the course. In consultation, it is possible to determine which day best suits the employees of your company. However, distance and travel time will be taken into consideration.
